the elevators were really slow and one was broken. nice large rooms that were clean and had good air conditioning. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location had easy access to shops and restaurants.

We had a spacious room with a great city view! The location is perfect for shopping, and the nearby plaza has plenty to explore. I loved that the elevators were finally updated, making it quicker to get around.

The room was huge with air conditioning, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. Free toiletries and a hairdryer were provided, but no wash cloths. Wi-Fi was unreliable. After hours, the gym was not accessible, while the restaurant had limited options. The location near a mall was handy, yet frustrating for tourist attractions.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The shopping mall attached had a great variety of stores and fun spots for the kids. The room size was perfect for our family, and the bathroom was well-equipped, which made things convenient for us with two little ones.

In my wife’s opinion, they could improve by offering more family-friendly dining options.

Despite the friendliness of the room service team, these issues made for a disappointing experience overall.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights, and I must say, the service was pretty great, especially the room service staff! The spacious Standard Twin Room was comfortable, and the access to the plaza with all its restaurants was a big plus. However, I did feel that the parking fees were a bit steep and the receptionist tried to overcharge us, which was frustrating. I would consider returning despite that hiccup.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and large rooms. The staff once helped me with currency tips. I’ll be back for a holiday!

The state of the rooms feels like a bland prison break, lacking any aesthetic. Outdated TVs without remotes? Come on!!! Wifi only working in the lobby is a hassle!!! Paying a deposit for lockers is absurd!!!
